PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Jigsaw Discovery Tool is a tactile, experiential way of learning that can be used to develop individuals and teams while seeing improvements in areas such as communication, sales, team spirit, customer service and leadership, leading to enhanced overall performance.
This self-discovery programme has far-reaching applications in the workplace and in life. It not only helps participants develop in-depth self-awareness, but also an understanding and tolerance of the working styles of others. With immersive and interactive activities, participants develop and build their profiles to become highly motivated after the session.

- How and why individuals may clash or misunderstand one another
