- Impact of the teams’ goals on overall organisational success
III. Building Collaborative Teamwork
- Identify “problems” caused by the “other team”
- Identify general barriers to effective teamwork
- Identify and prioritise 4 main challenges that adversely impact collaborative teamwork
- Describe specifically what can be done to “break down the wall” and overcome challenges
IV. Personal Action Plan
- Formulate personal action plan for achieving collaborative teamwork between different teams
