PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
As organisations begin to recognise the close linear relationship between their projects and their corporate success, project management, which covers a wide range of skills and knowledge, becomes the main focal point of improvement efforts.
Grounded in common sense and proven project management practices, this introductory course allows participants to apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities that serve to meet and exceed stakeholder needs and expectations from a project.
