OVERVIEW
Many of us have an inner voice that tells us we are not good enough, belittles us, and keeps reminding us of our past mistakes. This inner voice is critical and judgmental, and often has a negative impact on our emotions, causing us to feel insecure, fearful, or discouraged. However, we can learn how to silence this inner critic, so that we can cope better with life’s challenges and lead a more fulfilling life.
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to recognize and identify their critical inner voice and learn practical ways to silence it and turn it into one which is more affirming.
