OVERVIEW
Appreciation is a big factor behind positive work environments, sense of engagement and overall productivity. When people feel valued and appreciated, they strive to become better and give their best to the tasks at hand. Individuals accept affirmation in different ways and knowing their unique languages of appreciation can help us build positive relationships.
According to Gary Chapman, there are five languages of appreciation which one can use in the workplace. In this workshop, participants will be able to identify their own language of appreciation through a survey. They will also be introduced to the various ways of affirming and appreciating others.
