PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
People face a myriad of challenges from different stakeholders, such as customers, team members, suppliers, etc. They must meet competing, often conflicting, needs of various stakeholders. Coping with the changing and challenging demands of different stakeholders can drain one’s emotions. One key indicator of how well they respond to these demands is their Emotional Quotient. This workshop will enable participants to enhance their abilities in managing their emotions and competently execute their roles.
