PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
In a study on Inclusive and Harmonious Workplaces conducted by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in 2010, 87% of companies surveyed agreed that workplace harmony was important to business outcomes. Research shows that well-managed diverse teams outperform homogeneous teams as they tend to be more creative and hence more effective at problem solving. However, when this diversity is not managed well, communication between members could break down, resulting in lower performance. This workshop is specially designed to help diverse teams cope with the unique dynamics of their team.
