In our fast-paced society, stress and the risk of burnout are widespread, which may affect one’s quality of life. It is hence important for our work to be a positive and engaging experience. People are more likely to succeed in life, experience greater satisfaction and improve their well-being, if they can use their strengths or talents to the fullest. By identifying our unique strengths, we can uncover opportunities that we would not otherwise have observed.
This interactive session includes group discussions and experiential activities. In this interactive and experiential workshop, participants will learn about positive psychology and discover their strengths to maximise their potential.
