PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Visionary leaders update their strategic perspective in order to keep pace with the many challenges that change brings about. They raise their people’s awareness and understanding of the organisational values and enable them to identify behaviour anchors to live them out at work. This training workshop will enable participants to take ownership for their behaviours by upholding organizational Core Values, aligned to organisation’s Mission and Vision.

- Describe how individuals can portray the new Core Values through observable behaviours
- Formulate a Personal Action Plan for enhancing specific behaviours aligned to organisation’s Mission, Vision and Core Values
